A massive thank you to everyone who has signed our petition to stop the introduction of Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) in New Zealand. Our unified voices make a real difference!
We are taking action: A lawful protest against CBDC is being organised, joining forces with C.A.F.E.S. as they stand against the planned Nationwide eRUC rollout (https://chng.it/xyyb22DPWW As of now, Wellington is planned for the North Island & Christchurch is confirmed for the South Island, but other regions are encouraged to set up a local stand and/or rolling convoy to amplify our message nationwide!

Why are we standing up against CBDC?
CBDCs threaten personal financial privacy and could pave the way for centralised control over how you use your own money.
Once cash is gone, every transaction can be tracked or even restricted. This is about protecting our right to choose how we spend and save.
CBDCs and digital identity rollouts (like eRUCs) represent a significant risk to our freedoms, including potential exclusion from essential services for non-compliance or technical errors.
We need nationwide unity and local action!
