If you would like to write to your school / university, or drop a line to your local MP, asking them to restore mask mandates feel free to use this template letter. 

It quotes leading doctors and scientists, as well as Hon Chris Hipkins, talking about the importance of masks in reducing transmission of Covid-19 in schools.
