On May 23rd, the Company filed a motion seeking, namely, the extension of the Stay Period and the Superior Court of Quebec granted the motion and issued an amended and restated order extending the Stay Period until August 4, 2017. The Company at that time believed that such order would be beneficial to all stakeholders by giving the Company the required time and resources to emerge from CCAA protection. Hopefully, they used that time well and the signatures and comments of the 810 supporters of this Petition helped in some positive way.
