Thank you and AGM reminder

Thanks to everyone who helped us reach over 2,000 signatures this week! With your help, the campaign is building fantastic momentum, in addition to other important campaigns to protect Canterbury's green spaces. Thank you for all of your support.

The inaugural AGM of the Friends of Old Park and Chequers Wood is happening tomorrow: Thursday 20th January, 7-9pm, at Northgate Ward Community Centre. The Director General of the Wildwood Trust, Paul Whitfield, will give a short talk on 'A Nature Recovery Strategy for Canterbury' prior to the meeting, and everyone is welcome to attend. Doors will open at 6.30pm for a prompt 7pm start.

Please wear a mask (unless you are medically exempt) and take a lateral flow test before coming.
