This morning, at approximately 8:00 AM, several large trucks and tree-cutting crews arrived at the Glendale Gardens property and began cutting down as many trees as they could—as quickly as they could- without permits or prior notice. This was done deliberately and with total disregard for proper procedures.

The arrogance of David Brody and the entire Brody company is on full display here.  Clearly telling Glendale they don't care what the City says. 

Once the trees are gone, they're gone. 

The police, the City Planning Department, and Neighborhood Services were contacted to stop the activity, but unfortunately, significant damage has already been done.

We are continuing to work with the relevant authorities to address the situation.
