You will need to fill out a card when you enter, to put yourself on the speaker list. There will be lots of opposition speaking- let's outnumber them. 

If you really can't come- CALL IN and tell Council to UPHOLD THE LAW AND REQUIRE AN EIR- DON'T LET ONE PROJECT DESTROY AND ENDANGER A NEIGHBORHOOD. For those calling in, please read the specific instructions in the Agenda below.,
