Over the past months, this petition has grown into more than just a number. It’s become part of a wider conversation about community spaces, access, and what happens when support structures quietly disappear.

Since starting this campaign, I’ve spoken with my local MP, followed debates in Parliament, and seen how often community spaces are mentioned as essential — yet remain fragile in practice. Every signature reinforces that these spaces matter, especially for people who rely on them for connection, confidence, and belonging.
