Dear Supporters,
Thank you so much for the 91 signatures we've gathered so far for the petition to protect vital community hubs like No Limits Community Cafe & Hub.
Today would have been a shift day for me at No Limits, and it's a stark reminder of the loss our community has experienced. While we haven't seen a significant increase in signatures since yesterday, my determination to fight for these essential spaces remains strong.
I wanted to share that I've been reaching out to various representatives, including Mrs. Rayner, Mr. Streeting, and Liz Kendall's office. Although some responses are limited by constituency, I did receive a direct email address for the DWP team: [email address removed].
I urge you to join me in making our voices heard. Please consider sending a polite email to the DWP, sharing your concerns about the closure of No Limits and the importance of supporting inclusive community hubs for individuals with disabilities. When you email the DWP, you could mention the importance of work experience for people with disabilities and the need for sustainable funding for community hubs.
Even if you've already signed the petition, you can still make a huge difference by sharing the link with your friends, family, and on social media. Let them know why this issue matters.
Every signature and every voice helps us show decision-makers the urgent need to protect these "beacons of hope."
Thank you for your continued support.
Sincerely,
Anna Todd
