We are very much looking forward to what should be our final court hearing very soon - Fri Feb 17th!  I will post any updates - good, bad, or ugly - though the judge's decision usually takes some time, I'm told, so we won't know the final outcome for another few weeks.  And we'll be celebrating my dad's 91st birthday this Saturday!
