One common argument I’ve seen online is that Judge Wilken was already exposed to objections before granting preliminary approval. However, this update is meant to highlight how much opposition to House v. NCAA has grown 📈 since then.

At the time of preliminary approval, only three objections were filed ✍️. Shortly after, a Q&A document was released 📄, and more information about the settlement became available. As details emerged, it became increasingly clear that this settlement is a terrible idea 🚨.

The slow and gradual release of crucial information 🐢 has been deeply frustrating—and at times, it almost feels deliberate 🤨. Now, as you can see, the number of objections for final approval has surged 📢, reflecting just how much the sentiment against this settlement has grown.
