Campaign Update: Evidence Submitted and Campaign Website Launched

Since our last update, we've reached two important milestones.

Following months of research, we have now submitted our full evidence pack to Waltham Forest council ahead of the next stage of decision-making. The documents set out in detail why we believe Langthorne Park deserves investment, but that future improvements should build on its distinctive character rather than simplify it.

We've also launched a public campaign website where anyone can read the evidence for themselves:

The site brings together the consultation analysis, Freedom of Information findings, evidence on park safety and our alternative proposal for a dedicated Head Gardener. Whether you agree with us or not, we hope people will find it a useful resource for understanding the issues before the next round of consultation.

Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared this petition. Every signature helps demonstrate that there is strong public interest in ensuring any future consultation properly considers not only what people would like to change, but also what they value and want to protect.

We'll continue to post updates as we hear back from councillors and as the Council's next consultation progresses.
