We did it...….the ADU proposal was voted down Tuesday night at the Lake Worth Beach Commission meeting. The petition really worked! Our petition had 576 signatures on Tuesday before the meeting and Commissioner Hardy's (in favor of ADU's) had 149. It was standing room only with so many of you coming out to voice your concerns and be heard by the commissioners. When the vote came in it was 3-2 with Mayor Triolo and Commissioners Amoroso and Maxwell opposing ADU's and Commissioners Hardy and Robinson in favor of ADU's. Our single family homes and neighborhoods are safe. Good work, Lake Worth Beach. Congratulations!
