Proposed setback distance

I am proposing to update the Sec. 15-343 setback regulation to 18 feet setback instead of 25feet for properties with 75 feet or more of shoreline. 18 ft setback is EPD historical approval setback in waiver cases without a LONO.  This will protect small home owner properties from being encroached on with larger docks.
