Due to rezoning like that of the 598ft MSK Pavilion, our community will be facing multiple simultaneous years-long construction projects, unprecedented in height and scale. 

Without corrective action, our sunlight, clean air and open green space will reach crisis levels. We are therefore advocating to halt the wasteful allocation of $4.3 Million toward a cosmetic renovation of 24 Sycamores Playground, and are instead requesting a meaningful review of alternatives that will add accessible green space to Lenox Hill.
