Happy New Year everyone!

You may have seen my update message yesterday talking about how we are at a crisis point in our efforts to get the Jingu Gaien redevelopment project revised. If you haven't read it yet, please check it out here. 

In that message, I asked everyone to please take a moment over the New Year's holiday to send a "request letter" to Tokyo Governor Koike. I outlined several possible ways to do so, including using an online form.

Thinking that I was being helpful, I linked directly to the form itself. Well, it turns out that it was not a stable link, as I discovered today talking to someone trying to use it. Sorry about that! So let's try again.

To submit a request letter online, you need to go to this page, and to click on the link shown in the picture above. This will take you to the submission form.

The first item on the form asks you to choose from two categories. Please choose the second. The next items are then the title of your request, the body of your request, your name, your address (you do not need to live in Tokyo or even in Japan), your phone number and your email address.

Then at the bottom, there are two buttons. Hit the one on the left to submit.

Then you will come to the confirmation page, showing what you submitted. Choose the button on the left to send it. Choose the button on the right if you want to go back to the prior page and edit something.

Thank you again for taking the time to submit a formal request to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. If everyone reading this takes a moment to submit a formal request. hopefully we can make them aware of how many people care about this issue.
