Thanks to Indiana Senator Brett Clark, who is passionate about protecting the rights of Indiana grandparents, there is now a proposed bill regarding grandparent visitation (Senate Bill 52, https://iga.in.gov/legislative/2026/bills/senate/52/details) that will be voted on in January 2026! SB52 gives grandparents the ability to petition a court for restoration of visitation rights with grandchildren they have an established relationship with. This is a HUGE step forward! If this bill passes the Indiana Senate, it will go to a vote in the Indiana House. Please call your Indiana Senators and ask them to support SB-52 for 2026! Please tell all your friends! Thank you!
