🕊️ Still Standing, Still Fighting — Even Through It All

Thank you to everyone who has supported this petition. I wanted to share a quick life update to let you know that your support is making a difference — not just in the fight for justice, but in keeping me and my family going.

After almost a year of hardship, trauma, and legal battles following the wrongful removal of the children I raised for years, I am finally starting a new full-time job. 🙏🏾

It hasn’t been easy. I’ve had to attend court hearings, submit endless paperwork, and fight just to have my voice heard — all while making sure my own daughters still had what they needed to succeed. On May 5th and June 16th, both of my daughters walked across the stage and graduated 🎓 — proof that even under pressure, we are still pushing forward.

I’ve requested the court reschedule or allow virtual access to my upcoming hearings, because I can’t lose this job — not after all the financial damage this situation caused. But I’m not stopping.

📣 I’m still asking for justice. I’m still asking for accountability. I’m still asking for change.

Please keep sharing this petition. Help me continue this fight not just for my kids, but for every foster parent and every child who’s ever been failed by a broken system.

With love and strength,

Shayla Ross
