Even though this pandemic has pressed pause on our lives, we can still get involved in protecting the wildlife in the smallest of ways. 
 
Adams Cassinga, founding director of Conserv Congo in the Democratic Republic of the Congo states;

“People have got to get involved, even in the smallest ways such as addressing the issue of wildlife trafficking as a global issue and not just as an African problem,” Cassinga said. “Creating awareness by informing your close ones and of course supporting grassroots level organizations fighting this scourge.”

Just by sharing the story with friends and family of what is happening to wildlife like the poaching of giraffes for their meat, hides, or bones, we can build a larger alliance and create an even bigger awareness of what is happening in the wild.
