The Lower Richland Community will benefit greatly from the newly approved Richland Tourism Plan and we are going to be an important part of that program.  

Working with our neighbors and interested, forward thinking individuals in the greater Columbia area we have designed a plan that gives consideration to the natural resources, history and rural lives of our community.
