I apologise for the delay.  Major health issues have prevented me from progressing with this, but I am able to focus on it once again.

I will be going to any government official who will listen.  We must put a stop to this.  It is illegal in Australia to refuse to give the core vaccinations to your pets.  It should also be a requirement to feed them their appropriate diets.  If you don't want to feed an animal meat who requires it for a healthy diet, then don't get one.  If you decided to force this upon your dog or cat, as much as it pains me to say this, I'd rather you rehomed them that subject them to this level of neglect.
