Recently, The Arena Group has expressed they are aware that authors who post on their properties are upset with their alleged practices. However, they are disputing all claims and seemingly continuing to allow the practices to continue. 

By all appearances, The Arena Group continues to produce derivative works with no publicly-expressed intentions to cease and desist. With TAG's claims to the original URL, but their staffing infrastructure consisting widely of freelancers and third-parties, authors alleging their content is being stolen are attempting to send DMCAs, cease and desist letters, and correspondences to what could be numerous relevant parties. 

The authors involved are making every effort to communicate with TAG and other relevant parties, but it would seem that TAG has attempted insulate themselves from any liability. 

TAG has, thus far, disputed all claims of violations of their Terms of Service and the law.
