The Committee is asked to suggest such measures for strengthening and improving the LADCS scheme and ensuring it's effective implementation. So, the committee cannot suggest any rollback or closure of the scheme or cannot suggest to go back to panel advocate system, but can only improve and modify the scheme to correct operational loopholes. So our effort to persuade the NALSA and the Committee through NALSA surely will give positive results. Let's not give up, but stress more to get the scheme functions in its full strength again after review sooner, if not earlier than this.
