Clarington Courtice Waterfront Secondary Plan Feedback

The image above is that of Grimsby On The Lake. This construction is close to 100m back from the water, in Courtice, it will be 250-300m back from the water, and immediately adjacent to Darlington Provincial Park. On the plan, they don't really emphasize that along with the coffee shops in the pink territory, there will be towers of up to 15 storeys. Similar to the tower in the center of this picture. 

The Municipality is asking for feedback on the Waterfront Plan. Instead of taking it to the community in the fall when people are around, they want to do this now and maybe in the summer to limit the access people have to the feedback mechanism.
