Back in April of 2016, production company Prospect Park, engaged in a lawsuit against heavy metal band Five Finger Death Punch. A year later with the lawsuit still occurring, Five Finger Death Punch decided to counter sue their long time production company for "Holding them and their Album hostage" asking a judge to "Release them from their contract and have Prospect Park pay $1,000,000 in damages."

As stated by guitarist Jason Hook and drummer Jeremy Spencer, their Album has been done for months (December, 31st, 2016) however CEO Jeff Kwatinetz is choosing to NOT release the record.

We demand that Prospect Park release Five Finger Death Punch's Album and provide answers to why he's choosing not to release the Album.
