Dear friends, In an article about Justice's case published in the National Post, the following is stated with regard to Michael Earl Hill's past criminal record: "He does have a long record that includes convictions for robberies and domestic assault. He was paroled in 2009 after being convicted in 2005 of two counts of assault with a weapon. He breached his parole in 2010 and was jailed again. He’s been free since 2011." Now that Hill is in prison again for the cruelty he inflicted on Justice, I request that you please take a moment to sign another very important petition, at the link below. But we must do something constructive with them while they are there because they will get out eventually. The criminal justice system must understand clearly an animal abuser's risk to reoffend and provide treatment that focuses specifically on animal abuse.
