I am sharing with you tonight an excerpt from one of the affidavits of Leonard’s innocence that we filed with the Mobile County Circuit Court almost one year ago, in April of 2021.  I regret to inform you all that, after the hearing between Judge Jay A. York, our attorney, and Asst. DA, Chris McDonough, the judge still has not returned his verdict as to whether, or not my husband will be granted an evidentiary hearing.  Thank you for getting us to over 17,300 signatures, almost 900 followers on Instagram, and to nearly 6 podcasts, in less than one year.  Please continue to share Leonard’s story, so that the world knows this innocent man continues to sit in inhumane conditions, while Mobile County holds statements that another man confessed to this crime.
