During Leonard's trial, the presiding Judge stated, "I was trying to be a good judge so there wouldn't be errors on appeal and I know several other things just like that and I'm going to zip up my lip." Terrence Richardson and Ferrone Claiborne were found guilty by their judge, even after a jury found them innocent. My husband's judge knew there were errors, yet the guilty verdict still stood. We live in a society where trials are not performed in an objective manner. Each and every signature on this petition... whenever we stand up for a case like my husband's... We're pushing for this country to get it consistent and get it right!
