Neo-Nazi leader Thomas Sewell has successfully fought a charge of behaving in an offensive manner, in a multi-day contested hearing at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court.

The 32-year-old was accused of giving a racist and inflammatory speech before leading a white supremacist rally through the streets of Ballarat on December 3, 2023.
