What makes this situation even more concerning, is that the parents of this vulnerable young person has had zero compassion from Social Services and the care provider. 

The only reason why this person was in a place of safety was due to their parents ill-health. 

The S42, was full of LIES and pretty much tried to cover the many incompetence of the care provider and the social services.

They disregarded the evidence. Not only does this vulnerable individual and their distraught and unwell parents have to deal with the traumatic experiences they have to also challenge the lies which the S42, is based on.

ARE YOU NOT TIRED OF HEARING ALL THE AWFULL  THINGS HAPPENING TO VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS, ONLY TO HEAR LESEONS LEARNT, WHEN IN FACT IT KEEPS HAPPENING AGAIN AND AGAIN?!

WITH THREAT OF PROSECUTION, THESE INDIVIDUALS WILL DEFINITELY THINK TWICE AS CURRENTLY NO ONE CARES!!!!
