The previous detective on the case has moved districts/areas. If I am understanding the case manager I spoke to, a new detective is going to review the case tomorrow 10/5 and call with questions. 

The time to speak up and have your voice heard is now! You could make serious movements in this case happen. Any information helps, but reports help the most. The case has been stalled since 2019 because nobody has come forward to report (to my knowledge). You could change the lives of so many with your report! The reason he keeps doing what he does is because he has not received any consequences.
