I hand-delivered printed copies of the Petition and related information on 2/18/2016 to the Minnesota Governor's Office and the Minnesota DNR Office. There are so many comments, though, that they were delivered on a DVD, rather than on paper. I added columns to the spreadsheet to make it easier to find the more highly-rated comments, or those from given Cities and States, etc. Another handy feature of the spreadsheet is that you can search for keywords of interest (e.g. God, nature, ecosystem, predator, balance, Ecclesiastes, Schopenhauer, Ghandi, etc.). I even included one comment from an opponent of the Petition, as an illustration of a humorous use of vulgarity and a representative sample of the low level of input from the opposition. I'll continue to update the DVD with new signatures and comments as they come in. This is just the start. The addressees have not responded yet. I'll post here again when they do.
