North Carolina Wildlife Resource Commission is seeking public comments on existing rules for periodic review process as established by HB 74 in 2013. Comments include Coyote and Fox Hunt Pens or as NCWRC designated these pens as Controlled Fox Hunting Preserves in Section .1200. It is complicated to make comments due to the information and comments must address the specific content of the rule or will not be determined by the rules Review Commission to have merit.
