Your note doesn’t have to be long or complicated. You can just say that you support the Overlay and a prohibition of data centers within the Sugarloaf Plan boundary.

What you can do:

• Please share the petition requesting a prohibition of data centers within the Overlay boundary.
•  Please email your comments to the County Council members. The record is not closed. Here are some ideas for your talking points:
  - Watch the video of Sugarloaf Alliance comments (made by Steve Black) at the County Council hearing on 12/12.
  - Read the summary of Sugarloaf Alliance Overlay support points.  
  - Read the points outlined in the Frederick News Post today in a letter co-signed by the Sugarloaf Alliance, the Sugarloaf Citizens Association and the Montgomery Countryside Alliance.
