In Major County District Court, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CF-2019-15, Defendant Jason Paul Pierce pled guilty to a Sexual Assault case of a 12-year-old child. In this case, Pierce had repeatedly sexually assaulted his stepdaughter. A criminal history check of Pierce revealed that on 02/28/18, he was arrested for Child Sexual Abuse, as well as on 3/9/16. Additionally, on 11/18/2015, Pierce was arrested for Facilitating Sexual Conduct with a Minor, and on 01/16/12, was arrested and convicted for Soliciting Sexual Conduct with a Minor. Pierce had been a registered sex offender since 09/11/2015. This is insane! That is one child the system failed because of Oklahoma's lax Sex Offender laws! Additionally, everyone that child comes in contact with, every relationship that child has, and generations to come afterwards will all now be affected because we failed to protect her.
