Seth Cohen Correct Our Grades

The Issue

"All grades except I and IP are final when filed by instructors." -- UCSD Academic Regulations. 

Students who might have formerly passed Chem 7L and went on to Chem 43A might now have failed and have to drop the class?  Seems pretty unfair.
