Hey everyone, Annette writing, again. Seán and I went to the Further Submissions Unit this morning to drop off additional evidence in support of our relationship that we'd gathered over the months. By this point it filled a large box folder: 119 photographs, various proofs of address, various statements from friends, various Skype and text logs, among other things. It went uneventfully, but I might as well have been through hell and back. See, the people you deal with at the first points of call - those who are in charge of security, and those who sit behind the counters - are probably some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. It's not them you need to worry about. Anyway, I am now consigned to waiting an indeterminate amount of time before this round is over. Seán and I thank you all for your support. If you wish to pray for us, or send good vibes, please do so. You are all in our thoughts and prayers, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The photo of us in this post was taken just outside the Home Office building in Liverpool. Just for your information, the Home Office does not allow photographs inside, and you have to turn off your phones at all times -- you are not allowed even a phone call. I've been here multiple times now, and for one of these times, I was here for six hours. Just imagine if you were a mother with children dealing with the Home Office: you can't bring the children in, and you're stuck here for six hours with absolutely no clue what's happening to your children.
