FOUR CAT CARETAKERS STALKED AND HARASSED

Four senior women who feed the starving, abandoned cats in Liliuokalani Park in Hilo, HI have been stalked and harassed by a male (30-40yrs) filming them and shouting obscenities at them.  PLEASE SHARE!! 

Hawaii's War on Cats and Caretakers has a long history of allowed abuse.  This is what KUMU Mahealani Kuamo'o-Henry has to say:
