Petition was presented

Unfortunately Ann Wheeler, chair of the county supervisors, chose not to reconsider her vote of approval for the Devlin rezoning despite the outcry from our community.  So this housing development of 516 new Stanley Martin homes off Devlin Road will move forward and the only winner is the housing industry.  It is so frustrating that Ms. Wheeler and other supervisors who live in eastern PWC ignored our opinions and didn't care!  Supervisor Lawson who represents us plead for them not approve this many houses.  Even though we didn't win, I appreciate each of you taking the time to sign the petition.   For all of our sake, please keep a watchful eye on our local government and hold them accountable.  You can email them at BOCS@pwcgov.org
