Support M-NCPPC Policy Alternative 3, Open all paved surface trails to transient bicycle traffic 24/7 and clarify that bicycles are permitted on Parkways 24/7;

Support M-NCPPC Policy Alternative 3 compromise which recommends only closing trails from midnight to 5am as an interim approach toward 24/7 hours of operation;

Urge M-NCPPC Prince George’s County Planning Board to include funding for public safety improvements in the M-NCPPC capital improvement budget (currently set to $0) to support trail lighting and overall safety improvements to accommodate Policy Alternative 3.
