In India, all Unnatural Deaths[Accident, Suicide, and Homicide] and Suspicious Deaths, Postmortem Examination is conducted by the Government Doctors or Doctors appointed for the Said Purpose at a Recognized Center on the Request of Police of Magistrate. This particular method followed for Nearly Seven Decades Have Deprived the Rights of the Defending Party and at Times the Rights of the Victim too,i.e. Many Suspicion/Corruption/Biased attitude or at times Incompetency and Inexperience of the Autopsy Surgeon adding to the Death Mystery or deterrent to the Justice Itself. The Deaths of Sunanda Pushkar,DK Ravi and Anurag Tiwari[IAS Officers], Sushant Singh Rajput, Disha Salian, UP Sisters Death, Arushi Talwar Death…….These deaths have Taught us that the Defense was deprived of his Right to Examine the Body[Evidence] though the Defense had the Privilege to have his Lawyer but not his Doctor to examine the Body.
Hence, with the Implementation of Defense Autopsy, The Defense or the Victims Family Members do Reserve the Right to Get the Body Examined by The Doctor of Their Choice and Prepare a Report. A similar Such Method followed in the USA, UK, Cannada….Hence No More Death Mysteries or Politicizing the Dead.
