Canadian Government start free spay/neuter programs to end overpopulation.

Euthanasia should only be performed when an animal is suffering from injuries or disease. If all animals were spayed or neutered, we could control overpopulation, take pressure off over crowded rescues. End gassing that can take up to twenty minutes for an animal to die a slow painful death. We can save millions of dollars by not spending it on costly euthanasia drugs. The amount of money saved and the millions of lives saved by the Government starting free spay and neuter programs would be incredible. The government lost trust in thousands of Canadians when they voted against Bill – C246. Why not bring some faith back to them by offering free spay and neuter programs, it’s the least you can do for the animals? And the Canadians that love them. BE THE CHANGE. We have not fixed our problems with overpopulation by euthanizing animals or gassing animals or we would not be petitioning you with this. The ONLY way to change over population is to spay/neuter.
