I have read all comments left on my Facebook page and this petition website. Some of the comments were so moving and sad that left me in tears. I have not received a response from GMB Trade Union, further information received from Chief Executive of Stockport Council is very worrying and concerning as there are documentary evidence and witnesses, which proves bad practices and what I am saying is true. Chief Executive stated “The council does not accept allegations being made by Ms Muchilwa”. He has failed in his duty of care. The Care Quality Commission response to my concerns are quoted “Unfortunately, under The Care Act 2014, we do not have the remit to regulate Councils or their Social Services departments. As a result of this, we are unable to directly assist you with your concerns surrounding the actions of Individual Solutions” Stockport Council's chief executive’s response and CQC inability to intervene in Councils or their Social Services departments needs to be brought to the attention of your MP so that the issue is raised in parliament. We can’t allow this to happen as it’s a breach of Human Right’s many vulnerable children, disabled persons, vulnerable adults and the elderly will suffer.
