With this  petition we call on you;the internationale  members of F.V.E to pressurizs your headquartzrs in Brussel to have the Rom;F.V.E reprensentation excluded from the federation of Veterinarians of Europe because of the behavior of their National Sanitary - Veterinary Authority ( A.N.G.V.A) most of all -Liviu Harbuz; the father of the curent murderous and corrupt law-and this un till a end is being put  the unspeakable cruelty and horrors that the ROMANIAN dogs ARE SUBJECTED  TO.
