The Department of Environment (DoE) put the report on display f20 May-18 June 2022. 2 volumes of technical report of 900+ pages each and the public has to go through in one month. The request for extension was not granted.
Fortunately, the Penang Forum technical team has processed the critical information and prepared a template letter. You can submit your feedback just by following instructions in the google link.
Please send your feedback and then ask at least 5 friends to do so. Deadline this Sunday! Allow yourself 15-30 minutes to perform this task.

Got it! I've re-created DOWNLOADABLE, SEARCHABLE, PDF files from the government's online PSR EIA 2022.
(These are compiled from Dr. Nik's online version images, run through OCR, then re-combined, so that the PDF files are searchable. It's not their original PDF. Perhaps 1-2% less accurate. But then this version can even search for words inside some of the maps and tables that the original cannot allow.)
(Penang government should be nagged to make future EIAs freely searchable and downloadable. They are public info and public assets. Also pages should be numbered.)
(Penang government, SRS and Dr. Nik should not give the impression that they want to make the EIA difficult to read and refer to, or that they have something to hide from critical public opinions.)
