It is a shame that laws and frameworks, that were designed for the upliftment of the poor and down trodden, are being misused by a select and corrupt few for decades. In fact, these laws are inhibiting the growth of the very people for whom they were intended for. We need to raise this issue and raise this like never before. Nobody is talking about the tax laws that themselves fuel generation of Black Money. All the talk about fighting black cash is meaningless, unless we fix our laws first. Current tax laws on Agricultural income provide a virtual sink-hole for all black cash to disappear and then come out as clean as river Ganga. This is intolerable for every honest tax paying Indian.
