It has been decide to construct residential houses in South Delhi to cater for government servants . Need for houses for the purpose is well appreciated as a satisfied employee does give better outputs.

2. The problem lies in the selection of site for this purpose as it involves cutting of approximately 16500 fully grown trees . Delhi is well known for it's greenery & same needs to be maintained at any cost especially so when alternatives are available.
