Captain Saurabh Kalia (1976–1999) was an officer of the Indian Army who was killed during the Kargil War , which was a catalyst in the said war . When he and fellow soldiers were taken into custody by Pakistani militants and was tortured which can be considered as a grave neglect of Geneva Conventions

I would urge the Defence Ministry & all the Members Of Parliament to work together for this cause and pass a resolution in both the Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha
