Once again the Centre has made it clear that Special Status to Andhra Pradesh is not possible. Minister of State for Finance Jayant Sinha said in reply to a question by Anakapalli MP Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao, that there was no proposal before the Centre to change the rules. He added that there was no mention to fill the revenue loss of AP in state reorganisation act.
