I am sad to create this post on the most important / holy week of Buddhist ☸ calendar in Sri Lanka . 

Sri Lankans are known to uphold territorial integrity and national sovereignty for centuries claiming high and mighty " Nobel Buddhist way " of living and centuries old culture with great human values. 

But it is sad to note some people in Sri Lanka live in such vengeance, where they go to the extent of chopping innocent,  helpless,  voiceless animal's legs over human conflicts. 

President Mr.Gotabaya Rajapaksa and  Prime Minister Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa, it is your utmost responsibility that such inhuman act does not occur and justice is served on our beautiful Mother land , Sri Lanka .

To my country men and women of Sri Lanka . You and I can not be silent and be fearful. WE NEED TO RISE.  Along with President Gotabaya Rajapaksa,  Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and the Authority we need to seek justice for such inhuman and cruel acts happening in our beautiful Mother land Sri Lanka . We cannot let the culprits live freely. 

It's our utmost responsibility to tell the world  that our country is a peaceful land and people are kind and beautiful inside and out. 

My humble request is to gather signatures from around the world and from beloved Sri Lankans to make President,  Prime Minister and the Authority aware of growing animal cruelty and justice to be served against animal cruelty acts happening in Sri Lanka.
