Because of the COVID-19 pandemic lock down, Momin is confined to the institutional setting but he continues to focus and make use of the time to enhance his university educational program. He is thankful to all those who have been thinking of him and offered moral support for his cause of justice and freedom from the undeserving imprisonment. He wants to clarify that in all progressive societies people who are imprisoned are the ones who commit crime (s) and violate the legal-social norms of a society. But Momin reiterates that he has not committed any crime against anybody in Canada or on this planet. This is the focal issue in his case - a person imprisoned for life -24 years for crime he did not commit nor was charged with by the prosecution. Therefore, he calls for equal justice and freedom from unfair and unjust sufferings.
